Your adventure begins on horseback with a private trek designed entirely around you. Whether you dream of a peaceful journey through the landscape or something a little more adventurous, we tailor your ride to your experience, confidence and preferences. With your own knowledgeable guide leading the way, all that is left for you to do is settle into the saddle and discover the magic of Ben Lomond Station.
Ride beneath towering mountain peaks, cross meandering streams and follow trails through sweeping valleys to the incredible backdrop of Moke Lake. Ride directly up to your picnic setting, dismount and step from the saddle into an unforgettable dining experience surrounded by mountains, open countryside and complete tranquillity.
With a selection of dining options to choose from, we love tailoring each picnic to the people and occasion. Whether you are planning an intimate proposal, celebrating a milestone or simply want to turn an incredible day in Queenstown into something extraordinary, we can help create an experience that feels uniquely yours.
There is nothing for you to organise, carry, set up or pack away. We take care of every detail behind the scenes so you can simply arrive, settle in and sip, savour and soak up the view.
When your time comes to an end, we’ll collect you by ATV for the short journey back to base, leaving you to enjoy every last moment without having to retrace the trail.
